Among John’s favorite finds, these textiles are a passion and a personal treasure hunt. Every time he travels to India, he searches for a new batch of rallis, handpicking unique pieces for their exceptional color, character, and one-of-a-kind patterns. Rallis are traditional patchwork quilts originating in the regions of Sindh, in present-day Pakistan, and neighboring Gujarat in western India. Made by generations of women, these beautiful textiles bring together pieces of cotton fabric in intricate geometric patterns, often in vibrant shades of indigo, red, orange, and yellow. Traditionally used as bed coverings, floor coverings, and treasured wedding gifts, rallis reflect a rich heritage of craftsmanship and resourcefulness.

Machine wash cold, separately, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron at medium setting if necessary.
